As a Product Manager at Luminar Digital, you'll be immersed in a range of exciting projects, including custom software and intricate content and e-commerce sites. Your role will involve facilitating product design sprints, defining and prioritizing requirements, collaborating with our talented designers and developers to create and build products, leading quality assurance efforts, and celebrating successful launches.
At Luminar Digital, Product Managers are not just experts in building digital products; they are collaborative visionaries. They work closely with clients to understand organizational goals, define innovative solutions, tackle challenging questions, and ensure product quality. Their expertise covers product planning and discovery, requirements gathering, overseeing technical delivery (in close collaboration with our engineers), and conducting thorough QA. They possess technical acumen and effectively collaborate on technical matters with both internal teams and clients.
Examples of Projects You’d Lead:
- Developing an MVP to streamline a critical process, from start to finish.
- Transitioning a web-based product of a funded startup to native mobile, alongside a team of product designers and developers.
- Turning a founder's concept into a prototype and a well-defined product complete with branding.
- Creating an MVP for a community platform, leveraging user feedback for feature prioritization.

About You:
- You've thrived in fast-paced software development environments, be it in an agency or a product company.
- You understand the web and web apps, recognizing technical constraints and asking the right questions to define functionality.
- You can deconstruct wireframes into tasks for development teams and excel in documenting these tasks innovatively and efficiently.
- You adeptly navigate client requests, relying on product designers when necessary and confidently handling logic and its documentation.
- You can articulate workflows and tasks from an end-user perspective, aiding developers in informed implementation.
- You have a track record of performing QA, distinguishing between different types of requests and striving to write exceptional bug reports.
- Your professional experience in product management spans 2 to 6 years.
